Shipping policy
Shipping Product
Currently White Oak Ambience is only shipping throughout the United States. Any order that are placed outside the United States or to be sent outside the US will not be billed, filled or shipped. Please keep an eye on our website for updates on expansion.
Shipping Times
At this time, White Oak Ambience will be shipping product every Wednesday and Saturday.
We strongly advise checking the shipping status of your package daily. We have no control over how long or shipping carriers will take to get your package to you, but due to the nature of the product (ie: wax) being left outside can cause damage to the product which is the not White Oak Ambience or Shipping organization fault.

Missing Package
Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported to White Oak Ambience within 7 days of receipt/delivery (add for all). We may require proof of error. We will not be able to make any adjustments after this time.
Orders Not Received
If you did not receive your order, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire where your package may be. You can also call or email us for help with your order.

Tracking your order
You will receive the tracking numbers when your order is in the shipped status. You will be able to track your packages through the email you receive.
